o Okay from a request I am putting my famous carrot cake recipe on here. Now. . . When we moved to Salt Lake I uh didn't exactly pack my cook book. So this is off the top of my head. But sometimes the ones off the top of your head are better.
CAKE:
1 yellow cake mix
3 cups shredded carrots
3-4 eggs, I think its 4
1 1/2 cup of oil
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
1 package of cream cheese
1 stick o butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 cups of powdered sugar
Bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes. I use two round cake pans, I think with the round cake you get more frosting covering all parts of the cake, that way its more moist. . . yummy. GOOD LUCK!
