My results aren't thaaaat different.
I see suttle tone ups in spots.
Where I see the biggest difference is in my mind.
I am happy with my weight, I think I look great.
If I would actually eat a decent diet of low fats and high proteins I bet my results would have doubled.
A few things to know about the 30 Day Shred before you buy.
If you have sore knees don't do this dvd, it's hard on the knees, I would have to take a day or 2 off at a time.
It give you A LOT of shoulder and thigh workouts but the abs could be better in my opinion.
Jillian Michaels is an ANIMAL.
Each workout is only 20 minutes. I love that.
