I constantly am reminding myself

That when it comes to raising children, you have to do what works best for you and your little family.
You cannot bother to compare to other kids, or families.
What works for one kid, might not work for another.

I love my Code. He's a spit fire, and a very determined little man.
He despises pants, loves to bake, and help make messes.

I love my Tree.
He's got the sweetest little spirit, he listens very well, and is helpful.
He also has a temper and goes for 0-60 QUICK.
Ask my jaw, he smacked it in a tantrum last night, still feel like I got punched.
And a little reminder to us all.
I read this yesterday and have tried to apply it.
And it helps.
With my kids, yelling does nothing but reduce the spirit in our home, and hurt feelings.

Let us all be a little more patient and understanding with the little ones that we love so much.
